Udyam Registration is an online registration process introduced by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for recognizing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in India. It replaced the earlier system of Udyog Aadhaar and provides a unique identification number along with an e-certificate.
This registration enables businesses to avail various government schemes, subsidies, and benefits designed to support MSMEs. It is completely paperless, based on Aadhaar authentication, and does not require any physical documentation.
