CS Shankar Kumar Jha is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with Membership No. A35388. He is a Law Graduate from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, and a First-Class Commerce Graduate. He possesses extensive professional experience in corporate compliance, secretarial practice, finance, taxation, and legal advisory services.

During the early stages of his career, he worked with Taxmann Allied Services Private Limited, where he contributed to backend support services for various e-software platforms issued by Taxmann. He later joined Consortium Securities Private Limited as Assistant Compliance Officer, where he handled communications with Stock Exchanges including NSE, BSE, MCX, MCX-SX, and SEBI, while assisting in day-to-day regulatory compliance matters.

Mr. Jha also completed his Company Secretary training with Somic ZF Components Limited (formerly known as Sona Somic Lemforder Components Limited), a joint venture of SOMIC ISHIKAWA and ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Germany — one of the world's largest automobile component manufacturers. During his tenure, he actively participated in secretarial and legal matters, vendor and supplier agreement negotiations, cost audit reporting, physical verification of assets, RBI-related matters, and various compliance activities.

In June 2013, he joined the Worlds Window Group, an Indian multinational group with operations across India and internationally. There, he was involved in corporate secretarial functions, finance operations, taxation matters including service tax, customs, and excise, along with export-import compliance management.

With years of practical exposure and professional expertise, Mr. Jha continues to lead COMPLIANCEHOUSE with a vision to deliver excellence in corporate governance, compliance management, and legal advisory services.
